It is missing the two top pieces of the bracket and the mounting bolts but these are relatively simple pieces to recreate for flat stock

They are warm and have a good stretch to them

It seems like it is in working order

It is in decent, usable condition, there is some brown discoloration on both sides. It needs cleaned before being used. Great item for events, much less farby than a modern bottle. This is a krug, not a stein. "Stein" is what English speakers and tourists say. In German a stein is a stone, and is not used to describe a beverage container.
